The obvious first port of call for any photography lover would be to treat them to a new camera. Whether you’re buying a trusty point and shoot, an SLR, or going for medium format, there is a camera out there for all skill levels and budgets! Although you could go all out and spend a small fortune an analogue camera doesn’t need to be an expensive investment. You can pick up a good quality point and shoot on Ebay for around £30.

There isn’t a film photography fanatic out there that wouldn’t be happy to unwrap a box (or three) of film this Christmas. Whether you go for colour or black and white film, it’s important to make sure the film you get will fit in their camera to avoid any disappointment! Most cameras will either take 35mm or 120 film.
